It happens usually for people in all walks of life that we have a change of heart…
I usually fail to eat healthy, in usual sense, I sometimes, more often than not, skip breakfast and in normal school days starting at high school years up to college days, I normally go at heavy snacks and Brunch meals… It is already an unhealthy practice of eating incomplete meals each day… It all comes down to more and more health problems, you name it… I acquired so many part of these ailments or part of that, same as creating numerous complications.
And to my personal realization and analysis, the biggest change that needed a vital part of the activities made by me, intake of the food, irregular and unhealthy meals bring me more problems all related to fats and weight gain. So I will start of strict observance of taking fat burners at each of my meals and now very healthy regular meals…
